Requesting a change

If you need to correct an address, change an item or request cancellation, contact service@orvantno.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested change.

Before fulfillment

We will make a reasonable effort to help before fulfillment begins. A request is not confirmed until our support team replies in writing. Once an order has entered packing or has shipped, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

After shipment

If an order has shipped, the applicable return process may be available after delivery. Carrier rerouting is not guaranteed and any carrier fee shown to you remains your responsibility.
