Care for decorative objects

Place decorative pieces on stable, level surfaces away from edges. Use two hands when moving larger or irregular objects. Dust with a soft, dry cloth; where suitable, use a lightly damp, non-abrasive cloth and dry promptly. Avoid harsh chemicals, scouring pads and sudden temperature changes.

Glass-look and reflective surfaces

Handle smooth and reflective pieces carefully. Do not use damaged items around open flames, electricity, food or liquids unless the product page specifically identifies that use. Candleholders and incense accessories should never be left unattended during use and must be kept away from children, pets and combustible materials.

Limited warranty

We warrant that products will arrive free from material manufacturing defects. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect cleaning, modification, commercial use or appearance differences caused by lighting and screen settings. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited.

Making a claim

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description and clear photographs of the issue. We will assess the available remedy under applicable law and this policy.
