Destinations and rates

Available shipping destinations, services and charges are shown at checkout based on the delivery address and the items in your cart. A destination is supported only when checkout provides an available shipping service.

Processing and transit

Order processing and carrier transit are separate stages. Any estimate shown at checkout or in a dispatch message is an estimate rather than a guarantee, because customs, carrier capacity, weather and local delivery conditions can affect timing.

Address accuracy

Please review the delivery address before payment. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Once a shipment is in transit, an address change may not be possible.

Tracking, duties and delivery issues

When tracking is available, it is sent after dispatch. Import taxes or duties may apply depending on destination and checkout terms. If tracking shows an exception, prolonged delay or delivery that you cannot locate, contact us so we can review the carrier information.
